Bolivia's Constitutional Court rules Evo may never run again for president

Bolivia's Plurinational Constitutional Tribunal (TCP) ruled Friday once again that former President Juan Evo Morales Ayma is banned from running again for such an office, given the number of terms already served. The TCP thus insisted that no elected authority can seek a third term after having been reelected consecutively or otherwise. Read full article

    Not only that, Brasso doesn't get the humor of my first comment. I am mocking the fact that his “left wing” false god Evo is insisting on breaking the Bolivian Constitution in order to get back in power illegally. Then again he's a communist, and for him, constitutions were made to be broken...
