Always trying to create rift and tension, bloody wooses. Can never stop looking at the world in terms of differences, antagonisms, grouping with allies in order to confront someone recruited to be the necessary enemy, because if Britain can't use someone in order to exploit another the poor little instrument dependent soulless thing, knows no other way of relating to countries. So now it thinks it can use two left wing governments as an opportunity to exert pressure and create more rift against the liberal government in Argentina opposing them.
