Meanwhile our misfit gypsy clan have escaped to our 3000mt apartment at Valle Navado for skiing.
We've brought Madam's outstanding traditional cassoulet and our favorite lasagna along with a large selection of wines, beer and many marvelous delicacies.
Currently we have sourdough bread baking in the oven.
By the way, our contentious Argentine (residing in Italy) would appreciate the Dardo carbon steel pans (made in Argentina) we brought.

Ah, Chicu, what a privilege for you. I remember Portillo fondly. Way better skiing and resorts on the West side of the mountains. Bariloche was a lot more pretentious, but is a class below.
