Sánchez tells Uruguay that EU-Mercosur FTA is urgent “to protect ourselves”

Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez met with Uruguayan President Yamandú Orsi in Montevideo on Tuesday for the signing of a series of bilateral cooperation agreements.
