Disclaimer & comment rulesIf CFK is under house arrest - which in her case is tantamount to prison but surrounded by her ill-gotten luxurious life-style - how is she allowed to campaign ? or does Argentine Law permit that ?

”In her message, CFK highlighted the creation of 19 universities during her administration (2007-2015), including the one there (Hurlingham). “During our administration, we created 19 universities.
Sounds a lot like nine-fingers here...after his 2nd term, he boasted he had created - if my memory does not fail me - 18 Universities.....at the time, a closer look at the institutions he claimed to have created, showed that 14 already existed, but he just changed their names and re-inaugurated them; 3 others which also existed, were given a face-list, re-named and included as new. Only one was actually a new university, Universidade Federal do ABC, which was inaugurated with pomp and fanfare, only to after a few years, be regarded as a dismal failure.....students were admitted under special quotas and conditions, with the sole intention of being able to later say, look at all the graduates from poorer social classes, but what happened was quite a different story...at one point, about 50% of the students who had been admitted, had dropped out or were pushed” through, in the attempt to show positive numbers....a total farce.
Nine-fingers never believed in education, he himself having had a very poor education, not having gone further than fundamental level. During his 2nd term, he actually declared that higher education was unncessary, giving himself as an example of success...
Just the same as when he claims to be the most honest man on earth.
In his first term, he also promised to build 27 maximum security prisons, one in each State and one in Brasilia. I believe he delivered 2.
But what can you expect from the lying left ?
