If Braz is any indication of the quality of Russian agents these days, then we don’t have too much to fear.

He probably couldn’t hit the side of a barn with a shotgun at ten paces, never mind handle secret codes, can you imagine the gibberish that would be arriving on someone’s desk in Moscow!

As for deciding what was important information to send and what was rubbish, well he lives in a near complete fantasy world, whatever persona he is using on that day, probably send copies of Lula’s speeches not realising that someone in Moscow wrote them.
