Lula enacts law designating Belém as capital of Brazil during COP30

Brazilian President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva signed into law a bill making Belém, in the state of Pará, the capital of the South American country for the duration of the 30th United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP30) between Nov. 11 and 21.
