The summit that truly matters is the China-CELAC summit. What is there to discuss with the bankrupt West? Colonialism, slavery, theft of natural resources, arrogance, ignorance... we don't need any of that.

China is far more important; we can discuss job and income generation, technology, trade, defense, global order, the movement of people, education, and health.

The EU backtracked after they signed an agreement with CELAC (The Community of Latin American and Caribbean States) that supported that block’s historical position regarding the Falkland Islands. (July 2023).

It was big faux pas that exposed the EU’s political ambitions.

Brasso, you are all of that and more. You kept people enslaved 23 years after the US overthrew the slave power of the Confederacy, and you still keep their descendants in grinding poverty. You never spilled blood to free anyone, and even gave Nazi murderers a safe place to hide after WWII, you know, like Josef Mengele. To say you are despicable would be a gross understatement...

And you are what’s called an ‘implanted population’, which according to the Argentinians (also an implanted population) means you have no right of self-determination there.

I look forward to the day when only the indigenous people get to vote on the future of the country, certainly make a better job of it, indeed difficult to make a worse job of it.
