CFK remains hospitalized with postoperative complication after emergency appendectomy

Former Argentine President Cristina Fernández de Kirchner remains hospitalized at the Otamendi Sanatorium in Buenos Aires after developing postoperative ileus, a functional intestinal complication following emergency surgery for appendicitis earlier this week.
