  Biden diagnosed with serious form of prostate cancer

  

  Former President Joseph Biden, 82, has been diagnosed with an aggressive form of prostate cancer (Gleason score 9, Grade Group 5) that has spread to his bones, following the discovery of a prostate nodule and increased urinary symptoms. The malady was reported to be hormone-sensitive, allowing for effective treatment. Hence, Biden is evaluating options with his physicians.
