The Government of Argentine Tuesday announced that as of Oct. 19 there will be no more caps on the arrival of nationals “by air” after the country has reached the threshold of 50% of the population vaccinated with the complete scheme.
Foreign airlines still operating in Argentina have voiced yet again their concerns over their future due to the country's restrictions on the number of flights allowed through Buenos Aires' Ezeiza international airport.
Aerolineas Argentinas has become the latest carrier to suspend flights to Caracas. The company said it had concerns over security in Venezuela because of increasing criminal violence and political uncertainty. It joins dozens of airlines who have taken similar action.
