    Gibraltar Minister for Housing, Employment, Youth and Sport, Steven Linares MP, represented the Rock in marking the 40th anniversary of the Liberation of the Falkland Islands from Argentine occupation in 1982.

    Gibraltar celebrates becoming UEFA 54th member with a 54p stamp

    A stamp has been issued to commemorate Gibraltar’s historic achievement of becoming the 54th Uefa member. The Government opted for a 54p value as Gibraltar is now the 54th member country. Stephen Perera photographed the embroidered badge from a new GFA team jersey and the GFA’s founding year of 1895 is clearly visible for the world to see
