  European countries can’t influence UK Falklands’ decisions, admits Spain

  

  In spite of the fact that the Ibero-American leaders’ summit last weekend in Mar del Plata approved a document in support of Argentina’s sovereignty claims over the Falklands/Malvinas and other South Atlantic islands, Spain admitted European countries can not influence London’s decisions.

  Uruguay praises Unasur; no agreement yet on next secretary general

  The coming XX Ibero-American summit which opens next Friday in Mar del Plata, Argentina will have as main objective a commitment from the 22 country members to invest 76 billion Euros in education during the next decade.
