    Controversy has erupted in Argentina following the release in Facebook of clandestine pictures from the current exhumation works at the Darwin Cemetery in the Falklands with the purpose of identifying the remains of Argentine combatants in at least 95 graves with tombstone reading, “Argentine soldier, known only to God”.

    UK/Gibraltar will establish a consultation mechanism on trade agreements

    Weak pound helps to boost tourists visiting UK by 21.1%, in first quarter

     Overall there were a record 8.3 million visits in the quarter. The visitors spent £4.4bn while in the country, also a record amount.

    The weakness of sterling was behind a surge in the number of tourists visiting the UK in the first three months of 2017, according to the Office for National Statistics (ONS). The number of holidaymakers coming to the UK rose by 21.1%, although the number of business visitors declined.
