Ushuaia cruise season expects 100.000 visitors

Chilean flagged “Mare Australis” with 80 passengers officially inaugurated this week the Ushuaia, Tierra del Fuego 2005/06 cruise season which this summer is scheduled to receive 310 calls and over 100,000 visitors.

World 2005 cereal production forecasted to drop 3,4%

World cereal production in 2005 is forecast at 1,984 million tonnes, slightly down since the previous forecast and 3.4% less than 2004's record output, according to the latest United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization report issued this week.
