Almost 4 million foreigners are residents in Spain out of a total population of 44.495.286, according to the latest, January first 2006, review from the Spanish Statistics Office. Foreigners represent 8.7% of the Spanish population and increasing.

Chile adapting to higher prices for Argentine gas
