Five Lan Argentina flights to Comodoro Rivadavia

Lan Argentina announced that beginning July 8th and in response to the growing demand, the airline will increase the number of flights to Comodoro Rivadavia in Patagonia, by three totaling five in the week.

As of July 6 flights will no longer be at night but during the day which should be more convenient for those businessmen traveling either way. Flights will be covered with Airbus 320, taking off from Buenos Aires at 05:50 in the morning and landing in Comodoro Rivadavia's Enrique Mosconi airport at 08:15 hours. The return flight is scheduled to leave at 09:00 hours arriving in Argentina's capital Buenos Aires at 11:15 in the morning. Pablo Querol Lan Argentina's Communications and Institutional relations manager said that so far this year flights to Comodoro Rivadavia have had a booking and occupancy rate of 90%. "The increase in flights will not only expand Argentina's air connectivity, but will also help satisfy the great demand for seats in this route. Lan Argentina is committed to helping develop tourism in Patagonia and the regional economies", indicated Mr. Querol on making the official announcement.
