If no one, of either side of the sea that physically separates us, comes up with something outrageous against the other, I feel it is time that both communities close lines again with each other and begin a new period of mutual convenience and simpathy, with no regrets. Just as we had before the foolish 1982 confrontation. But if anything happens with intention to harm or offend or produce distress, then I hope that the local laws are unmercifully applied to the offender to keep the peace which price has already been paid in excess.
