That's latin america politics as we know it: blame the rich countries... first they get the blame for not lending enough, or demanding high interest rates.. when there is a default, well, they get told to fuck off and take there losses as they are bunch of eagles.. When millions of ignorant poor americans sign up for mortgages they can't afford, well its the rich that get the blame as well... the poor, well, they always seem to good guys. in the story of latin america.. Blame the rich nations and its easy. However, it also shows how depend these latam countries our of the rich nations in whatever assistance they are used to get.
It is clear that you come from a far conservative position and that unfortunately, you are another victim of ignorance.
Please, go ahead and before releasing such opinions, learn about the political and economical history of both Latin America and The United States of America. Only then will you understand why some countries (not only Latin American countries) put the blame on extreme capitalism.
And yes, those poor americans who signed bad mortgage loans, are also, victims of ignorance. Ignorance that has been highly promoted by a small, yet very powerful fraction of the US Society, who could not care less about the well-being of this magnificent country and its people.
