Bolivia signed this week an agreement with Russia for the purchase of a presidential jet plus military equipment and logistics backup, financed in the first leg with a 100 million US dollars credit, announced Defence minister Walker San Miguel. Read full article

No one will need to vote against Morales next election. Without 50 russians to work on the plane it will fall out of the sky. See how many international carriers use them? Even Aeroflot uses Boeings and Airbus.. not Antnov.

Is morales “LOCO” the best thing for him to do will be to buy a BBJ at 40M or more, the Russian Plane will cost him his election....what a HUGE white elefant!!!! hope is not to late
