Nationalized Aerolíneas Argentinas remains deep in the red

Argentina’s re-nationalized flag air carrier Aerolíneas Argentina lost in July 48 million US dollars which is “a little bit more” than the same month a year ago when the company belonged to the Spanish tourism group Marsans, according to the company’s current CEO Mariano Recalde. Read full article

    Restructure, yeah, right. The sindicatos will bankrupt the company more than the government ever dreamed of. They walked out for 147 days and put a plaque up in the airport attesting to the solidarity of the airline workers. That was like 5 or 6 years ago and no one has gotten a raise since..

    perhaps he could look at the number of employess per operational aircraft as compared to LanArgentina - and then wonder why one is in red and other in black

    Ah yes, the Falkland Islands would be so much better off if only they would capitulate to Argentine demands; not.

    Free Falklands includes the people living there deciding their own future.

    Exactly Billy! here we have a spectacular growing thanks tourism, a lot of flights, a new airport, royalties from de federal gov, technical industries with free taxes and we live without resentment. That is important in this life.
