Paraguay never rejected it, but suspended the voting. I bet with you all that Paraguay will vote for entering Venezuela into Mercosur. Palomudo burro, I am a jew lover, and you're an idiot anti semite.

Mercosul had so much potential when it started, now it's just a waste of funds. We don't have free trade, we don't have a customs union, and now we have Chavez using Mercosul as some kind of podium for his ridiculous ideas. I'm Brazilian and I can tell you that the average Brazilian either thinks Mercosul is either useless at best or at worse downright detrimental to our economy. Brazil invests by far the most amount of money into Mercosul and we reap the least amount of benefits. What is the point of helping neighbours that are downright hostile to the ideals of a customs union and free trade within the block? Brazil should form an union with the few countries in South America who care about a mature and solid trade policy like Chile, Colombia, Peru, and Uruguay. The rest of the continent continues to be stuck in the mud of protectionism and the most petty and chauvinistic kind of nationalism. Venezuela is going to make Mercosul go from being pointless to being embarrassing.
