Spanish unemployment rose to the highest in more than a decade in December, 19.3%, capping a year that saw the nation’s jobless rate soar to double the Euro- zone average. The number of people registering for unemployment benefits increased by 54,657, or 1.41 percentage points from November to 3.92 million. Read full article

    States ?..you mean US !... but the plight is different in US.
    population :300 millions.. yearly house (new) building is just 500k..600k..NOTHING...also has many inventories.. ..
    -house- is not like a Supermarket Good !!
    the problem there have -PONZI Schemes- on the --Existing Home Markets--....and there are no any Financial Sources for the --Mortgage Markets--...-owning a house- is a social statue,adventure,maybe gambling in US .
