And all this in spite of that infamous (and thus Ineffectual decree) forbidding travel to any of said territories without prior permission from the Argentine government.
How are the efforts going to encourage other governments to implement the same (unworkable) decree?
Rumour has it that one of the British nuclear subs is patrolling the area around the Falkland Islands .... I wonder if they applied for one of those permits ?? You know I still have one of those petrol ration cards from the early 1970's. I suspect the Buenos Aries permits will turn out to be about as useful :-)
