    And Lula did not even win the Nobel Prize.. Obama is a joke and should not have even been considered.. Lula has done well, but don't expect the Brazillians to perfect socilaism, it does not work, has never worked, and is a doomed system, no matter how many try to make it work... Eventually the people you take from revolt... like 1776 in the USA..

    Anyone has to read the note FROM TIME..WITH ACURACY.
    Lula the comunist president of Brazil WAS ONE OF 25 INFLUENTIAL or ONE OF 200 REALLY ,WITH 8,000 VOTES ONLY ,LIDER.
    mY ENGLISH IS NOT SO GOOD BUT I can understand when a note was buy and sell on news.
