Honduran president Porfirio Lobo will not attend the LAC-EU summit in Spain later this month, after South American leaders who do not recognize him as his country's legitimate leader threatened to pull out.     Coming from the dictator of Honduras murdering more journalists than Venezuela, the far-right's bogey man in South America. And as you can read on the site, Lobo is planning to export his Operation Condor 2.0 to Paraguay. Who is he to call anyone arrogant?
