“Argentine importers said the barriers were very real, but have been easing lately.” Last Tuesday, an exporter/importer from Brazil told me that the barriers on the Brazilians was very real, and the major problem was the Argentina government, especially from Señor Moreno, who in turn, takes his orders from Nestor K., as does Argentine Economy Minister Amado Boudou.
