Whilst the Kirchners look to be on for a different plan, swapping the presidency back and forth between them.
It is very ironic indeed that the least democratic country in South Anerica's Southern Cone has become the defender of democracy in South America. In any event, President Lugo's arguments as to why Paraguay needs to vote on Venezuela's full membership in the MERCOSUR is factually incorrect. Latest news, populist Lugo can be dying of pancreatic cancer. Everyone bites the dust…..everyone bites the dust. Oh well…he enjoyed life as priest, polygamist, fathered many children and die as a populist.
