    Interesting.

Uribe lays complaints against Chavez and the Venezuelan government before the ICC, and what Unasur does is to witter on about Africa.

This is quick and effective action?

The populist left always uses the strategy of changing the bloody subject. Africa comes handy to cover Chavez crimes against humanity. The brain behind all this is the recently elected UNASUR president “Tuerto” Nestor Kirchner.

How handy that Uribe has filed charges against Chavez and the Venezuelan government before the ICC. Will Unasur get behind accused criminals?

Lula, Kirchner and Chavez are a trio of demagoges. Venezuela and Ecuador have provided shelter and resources to FARC, supporting their efforts to destroy the Colombian democracy and none of these “leaders” dared say anything. They are so friendly and condescedent to Chavez that he can do whatever he wants in venezuela and latin america, including sheltering criminals who kidnap, kill and terrorize civilians.

I just read your post. It’s a good feeling that I’m not the only latin in this forum that sees straight. It doesn’t require much to see what’s going on in the Southamerican continent and of course around the world. Extremes are always bad and it seems that populist governments are united as a block against the minority democracies.
    Thank you !!

History is in the making in South America at this very time. The demilitarization of the region is just about to take a huge leap forward. UNASUR (I would have preferred Lula as the leader) has taken off with pragmatic excellence. The dictator military model is history.

'Put down the guns' is what I'm hoping Castro, the old bastard, finally commands. That would be so nice. It is happening anyway.
