The United States and the OAS were aptly stepped aside by Brazil so Unasur could solve the issue. The OAS - an organization which in the past has served US imperialistic agenda in Latin America - is increasingly irrelevant.
Praises Argentina? I believe what she said was the United States appreciates the constructive, positive role that Argentina is playing in encouraging a peaceful resolution of the issues between Colombia and Venezuela.
Argentina does want the foreign investment so once it is up and running they can legislate or tax it out of business. Just like they did with the water, electric and now gas companies. Then they wonder why no one will invest there and their infrastructure is crumbling.

Loony Chavez has DESTROYED their oil production and their country, they can't even get a decent amount of companies to bid on HUGE projects. They can't feed themselves or keep the electricity on in Caracas which is now THE MOST DANGEROUS city in hemisphere and second only to BAGHDAD.

we always praise a country when they deserved it, im just trying to find something argentina deserves, besides their blockade of the year award.
