Argentine Foreign Affairs Minister Héctor Timerman will meet Monday in Montevideo with his Uruguayan counterpart, Luis Almagro, to advance with the implementation of the scientific committee that will monitor the UPM (ex Botnia) pulp mill and the River Uruguay. Read full article

    I thought this bridge would be turned into a walking bridge, what are this people waiting for ? don't they know what this same industry is doing in Brazil around mato groso ? I think the trees in Argentina should be protected by closing this bridge and preventing trucks from crossing into Uruguay from Argentina.
