In hindsight of my previous comments on Jeffrey's interview with Castro I must say I am seriously puzzled about Castro's remarks and I am close to believing something is definitely taking place at the heart of the Cuban regime or is it only a mere repositioning in preparation to a much longer power struggle in Cuba?

Can they accept just some too simple words like these, or may be they need big changes that allow them to return home?

Now Huguito, Evito and all their followers must start thinking (if they have brain enough) about the “progresist way” as they called the way that they have chosen to destroy their countries, including Cristinita, and don´t wait 51 years more to reach the same conclusion …..too late for a lot of people !!!
In this moment Huguito have his country falling down at the worst level in it history, Evito is following him very close, so think about……that´s want you want for your country?

I have the doubtfull pleasure of agreeing with my southern neighbour about the cost suffered by Latin America for learning some basic lessons about development and democracy.

He has been writing in Granma from a month on it, this appealing of the article is an attempt to call more attention on the dangerous issue, as the increasing risks are almost silenced in the mass media.
But your friend Fidelito have said any word about the times when he was exporting the armed war to the whole LA, wich means that a lot of people got dead, some countries were close to a civil war (like mine) and for decades the societies in those countries have been broke even more than 35 years have past. What a heroe, isn't he? Yeap !!!

I guess at the end of the day what transpires from all this is that Castro has criticized Ahmadinejad for anti-Semitism and for denying the Holocaust.

Jeffrey Goldberg and Julia Sweig are very serious journalist who need not lie to get attention or to sell news. They don't “misinterpret” things.

When and intelligent and learned person, as Castro purports to be, is confronted with an equally intelligent and learned interlocutor as Jeffrey is, he knows that he cannot jettison history in the name of some ideology or religion. He knows he cannot lie to himself or else he´ll be seen as a cheater himself. Intelligence does not cheat, intelligence is a light.
Intelligent, learned persons get a feeling like vomiting when they see mentally-challenged morons like Ahmadinejad denying the holocaust and spreading hate agaisnt the jews, only for being ethnic jews.
I am sorry for Castro, some of us really thought he had seen the light but it may have been momentary lapse of reason.
It was worrying for a while as it was possible that Fidel wasn't suffering from senile dementia.
