How glad I am that he has corrected himself.

I was really worried that he wasn't suffering from senile dementia. Now he has managed to confirm that he is.

    To put it clear:

Castro didn´t mean what he said, didn´t say what he meant and meant exactly the opposite of what he didn´t mean to have said and was further misinterpreted by a great journalist on what he didn´t say but nevertheless said and didn´t mean to have ever said.

    Think,

Yes, we agree on that. Thank for asking.

You see, I may not feel a lot of sympaties for the Fidel Castro of 2010, but rest assured I did love very much the Fidel Castro of 1960, 1970 and 1980. I cannot say if they are the same anymore, much to my chagrin.

Fidel Castro, that name means so much to so many people in the world. Fidel Castro was a real statesman like no other who not only made history, but made world history and he did it well beyond the geopolitical boundaries and possibilites of his beloved Cuba and Latin America. Fidel Castro was a heavyweight world statesman who many a time managed to bend the will the great world powers and kept many world leaders up at night worried about his moves, he still does. I cannot picture the history of Latin America without Fidel Castro.
Correction: I cannot picture the history of the entire last century without this colossus of history.

Without Latinos like Fidel, Che, Bolivar, Jose Figueres and recently, Lula, Bachelet, Arias,Kirchner, Chavez, The entire southern zone would be 100 times worse than it is due to the Great Satan and it's fervor for raw materials and mass destruction/lack of morality to exploit them.
Now that the nation formerly known as the United#by force#States is basically finished, Latin america should be able to develop in a slow and sensible manner not fully fevered with greed and with some sense of sustainability..
