Chinese oil company CNOOC has agreed to pay just over one billion US dollars for a 33% stake in a South Texas shale oil and gas field. CNOOC announced the deal with Chesapeake Energy Corporation, which will also see it fund 75% of Chesapeake's share of the costs until an additional 1.08 billion has been paid. Read full article

It's like they're living in a dream, I mean the U.S. lol, they say, ooh the world loves us and people love our DOLLAR lol, but I think China has bigger chances than the U.S. it looks like they want to buy and buy and buy. U.S. foreing debt is amazing, and they print more money lol. Anyways. Good luck to China buying the world.
China isn't buying the world, china include many other nations who are emerging are buying the United States. In other nations the Chinese are forced only to invest but not own the whole business...and that's good.
