I saw this on another website that had better pictures. It's even more of a monstrosity in Hi Def. It looks like an unfinished tower block It has no aesthetic qualities whatsoever. What were they thinking !?

Didn't cost 2 billion like it says either. Was about 50 million but they say as the house prices in the area have rose it might be worth 2 billion plus.
