I support Iran's decision. President Cristina Fernández de Kirchner is allied to the Zionists. President Ahmadinejad tells the truth.

    Briton,
Apablaza´s was just a presidential decision, and Kirchner do have the legal right to deny the extradition. From my point of view, a huge mistake for distrusting Chilean Judges and for the Iranian probable response.

General Attorney Righi (kirchnerist) and mainly the Supreme Court recommended the extradition. The same was asserted from most voted political leaders.

You should understand this controversial decisions, you went to invade Irak by deeper mistakes from Ol´ Tony.

Anyone who support Ahmadinejad is a moron regardless if Iran has something to do with the AMIA issue.
Chilean justice is a joke, they cried for Pinochet arrested in London and asked for him to be taken to Chile to take him to court, but once he went to Chile, justice wouldn't do anything. I don't remember right now, but there is another country in Europe that denied the extradition of a former guerrilla to Chile with the same argument of Argentina, and chilean justice dind't make a fuss of that. Chile also denied the extradition of a former nazi asked by Germany wich name I don't remember. Their justice can't doesn't know XXI century, it is controlled by the army and the church.

I deeply disagree with your point (Iran would rejoice with a blunt analogy on our Justice system), but can agree with General Attorney Righi´s.
Supposedly he has been Kirchners´personal lawyer all these years, he has fundamented reasons to argue pro-extradition.

Out of discussion if it is only a matter of political colour. No sustainable Justice system from that point of view.
