Brazil’s government managed oil and gas corporation Petrobras announced it leased 20 foreign drilling rigs that will start operating in the next two years as it seeks to boost its capacity to explore for and produce oil. Read full article

    The Oil Rig Market is tighter than I ever envisaged…....

    In October 2010. from 168 existing semi submersible rigs; 152 where being utilized….

    And now, in November, those Brazilians go downtown and lease 20….

    Just like that!
