Paraguay is right and its claim is honest. But it is not our government who is doing the blockade, Moyano is behind this, he has to pay for his stupidity

The link works fine. From my Portuguese, I understand the article's title to mean that: “Paraguay announces Argentina's commitment to unblock the flow of boats.” And JB is correct, the article does attribute the problem to Argentina's trade unions, not to the government.

Sadly once again Argentina take a short sighted view.
    -
As a continent South America has
    a potentially bright, prosperous future.
But FACTIONAL infighting will prevent this EVER being realised !!
    -
    There is National infighting.
    There is Left-verses-Right infighting.
All this discord prevents Mercosur nations
from attaining the prosperity with is their birthright !!
Grow up, behave like adults, take a wider view,
    take a longer-term view.

    landscape provides you.

    In reply to Billy Hayes.

I gather that you are not “local”.
If you genuinely believe your comment
then the “complexities” of LatAm politics must
    challenge your thinking.
    -
    Sadly LatAm can be corrupt,
but it is NOT more corrupt than the “Western-Club” (USA etc.),
    it is just corrupt “differently”.

Maybe Moyano needs some of that “Disinfectant”
called ”Sunlight & Public Attention (Scrutiny) ”
    -
Moyano's name come up TOO OFTEN.
