What do you mean with Muslim Jew not Arab? Who says they're not? There are Jews that are Muslims, Arab that are Muslims, Jews who converted to Islam, and Muslims who converted to Judaism. It doesn't matter if they're not Arab Muslims. As if all Muslims are Arabs or all Arabs are Muslims or all Jews are practitioners of Judaism or all practitioners of Judaism are Jews.
