Cuba’s government, trying to save money and eliminate subsidies announced this week it will remove soap, toothpaste and detergent from the monthly ration of food and consumer products it has handed out since the early days of the Cuban revolution. Read full article

Do you think Hugo and his minion CFK are watching this and learning? Sadly for the Venezuelans and Argentinians I don't think either of them are that smart and apparently neither are the citizens.
