Mr President Evo Morales here is the solution for the energy problems, higher tax on exports as well as a tariff for exporting it, taxes are good in America, here in Canada witch is a wealthy nation we pay 26% gas tax. wich brings me to ask what is the tax % Bolivians pay ????? I am sure that gas imported to Canada will have to pay 26% as well, why couldn't Bolivia tax the fuel the same way, I hope it's got nothing to do with Bias criteria from other nations, because if this is the case just cut off supply to natiohs who show discontent with Bolivian export taxes, there is no need to make trades with trouble makers.
