Or they could save hundreds of lives. Like what happened in the Gulf war when HMS Gloucester saved a US battleship from an anti ship missile.

This is ofcourse. The only anti air missile proven to be able to shoot down incoming missiles.

“Crap” Is an opinion. Fact is it's the only system proven to work.

Nice try, but you still fail.

Blocked, i guess you mean the marines getting stuck in the mud? It was an obvious joke the RM's were playing because of a comment an army commander said.

Also nico. Sea Dart can't be that bad...Argentina used the system herself.. but you couldn't afford the spair parts anymore.

for a system that was designed in the 70's its bloody good. But when type 45's take over duties down the falklands.....are we going to hear the same 'crap' ? i suppose Sea Viper is 'crap' too? despite it having more missiles on board than argentina has military pilots and aircraft.

Sea Dart was designed in the 1960s, for the Type 82 Destroyer.

One of the class was built, the Type 42 was supposed to be cheaper. Entered service in 1973.

Nicodume has now moved onto a Sea Dart fixation? I always was under the impression he liked phallic shaped objects......for the wrong kind of reasons ;)

And we all know what More crap really means with that video.....he just fantasizes about being pinned down in the mud and sodomised by all of 45 Commando :)

So with the traditional put downs that will have tweedle dum and tweedle dee mashing their keyboards in anger for the next week or say...let us get to the news article at hand....seems like fun for the boys going down south and an action packed year ahead may they have fun on their adventures.

The ship is apparently good condition, and despite NicodumKompfs best efforts on Youtube their weaponry is in good working order...courtesy of Benbecula rocket range, has anybody been there per chance?..wonderful scenery..great fire work show...pity about the town :)

As predicted Tweedle Dum and Tweedle Dee reacted with their usual madness :)

You do know more crap that every weapon testing range is not an opportunity for you to enact your fantasies? Do you have another Phallic fetish as well?

Nicodumarse....If I want to donate money to feed your starving family....I will do so through a registered charity.

Ah back again, and the argies are still crying I see, defending the indefensible, well we can ignore them as no hopers .
the Cumberland is in the harbour, and the York at gib, is ready to assist,
3 Hercules at readiness two on Malta, [SBS] on standby,
COBRA being instigated, all in all a slow but positive start,
as for Argentina, a skidmark in history, just an opinion .
