Good riddance of this nasty little cowardly man....maybe he take his bumchums Jemina Khan and John Pilger with him god knows the 3 stooges and their followers have made idiots of themselves on this one :)

If he is apparently innocent....then he should have no issue going to Sweden to face those charges in a court of law.

Love the horrendus bloopers his legal team made.

“Secret Trial”: Rape or sex crime trials are heard in secret in Sweden mainly for the benefit of the alleged victim, and the accused (So no trial by Jury).

”Sent to the US': As many commentators have pointed out, Sweden does not have an extradition treaty with the US, whereas the UK does...so don't know how his legal team made that connection...in fact he would probably be safer from extradition over there lol :)

The coup de grace: “Executed or sent to Guantanamo Bay”- He should have fired them at this point (Where the Socialist Students his legal team per chance?) The Army Intelligence Officer he originally leaked the information to him is only facing a possible 52 years and in Jail...on the US mainland.

There is no charge in the US which states that you can be executed or imprisoned for publicly disseminating what is by this point 3rd party material. :)

Conclusion...there is no reasonable excuse why Assange shouldn't face down his accusers face to face in a court of law....unless he's just shit scared!

“Swedish will judge this man for having sex with a woman lol”

The man is accused of rape. Any person who is accused of a crime like rape should go on trial.

I don't know how Assange can fit his ego in the bag he lives out of.

I have more sympathy for Bradley Manning, being held in solitary confinement since July 2010 without trial, and lacking the support from Julian and wikileaks he deserves.

Assange should just go to Sweden and get it over with.

Assange and the two so called “victims” knew each other from some socialist organization. If you were “raped” you do not invite the same person again on a party from where you “tweet” how fabulous the party is with fabulous people. the 2 feminest socialist lovers wanted revenge that he left them and had sex with both. Even herr Beck understood that it's al about politics. Assange embarresed the US and they want revange. Assange is not an angel but to be fair he was already judged..innocent. This is pure politics.

I believe that Swedish law is quite clear.- If you have sex with a woman who is asleep then it's rape! If you have sex with a woman who is drunk then it's rape!

Now Argentina appear to be very keen on the US abiding by its import laws, so why should Sweden bend its own laws for Assange?

    Argentine double standards ?

This case does look like a right load of rubbish. I don't think it's some US plot to get him into the USA...this just looks like a jealous woman taking things too far.

But it's a serious crime and does need to go to court.

Assange just needs to be extradited from Britain as soon as possible. He is, after all, just an odious, narcissistic, greedy, self-serving little creep. Oh dear! I think I just described Argentines as well.

Think - you're not THINKING again! I was commenting on you own earlier statements regarding the Assange case where you opted for the British having double standards ... or have you forgotten so soon ?

l think Julian Assange is innocent. The whole thing stinks to high heaven of American pressure. & a fit up.
l thought only nationals of the US could be extradited to the US.
    Do their laws overide ours?
So what if he published secret American cables. lf they were that sensitive, they should have been in code.
Did you read what they think of us? Glad we found out.
    America thinks only of America.

Sweden has no extradition treaty with the US that i know of. They would have more of a chance of getting Julian if he was in the UK, so i don't believe this is some major US cover up.

The US cables are very likly in code when being transfered across distances. Though if you have someone sitting in the office who's can view them after they've been decoded it makes no difference. The US government is huge and a leak was eventually going to happen, they need to have less people with access to limit these types of leaks.
