    Let's have a trial period where Mercosur only supplies meat to Brussels. That should kill the Eurocrats off!

    I think you meant that UK mad cow meat would kill them off. After all, this has already been seen in recent history. In contrast to British food exports, Mercosur meat has never caused our region any embarassment or killed anyone in foreign countries.
