    in Turkey, TCMB (central bank) has been getting generally wrong
    decisions notably on Interest Rates (needs must up soon)...thus interest rates went up at the free markets...

    Chile is spesific Economy...who has --Copper Fund-- which be used to
    compensate some fluctuations there !
