Eight of Argentina's former energy secretaries have released another document highly critical of the government's energy policies. The document, signed by most of the people who have run the Energy Secretariat since Argentina's return to democracy in 1983, is a scathing criticism of government policy. Read full article

Hmmm, a possible nearby export possibility for Falklands oil, hahaha, now wouldn't that be interesting to see.
Talk about egg on face, amateurs is too subtle R-C, retards is more appropriate.

Argentina should win an oscar for the country with the best sense of humour, the country is a joke!!

Necessity will always supersede ideology so if a HC industry does emerge in the Islands then Argentina may have to change it's position. Buying Falklands oil from a FPSO would be cheaper than buying refined petroleum products from Brazil or Venezuela.

With CFK and her bi-polar disorder then antthing is possible. Is she medicated?

It is a pity that Argentina is not a net importer of 'intelligence' .... it would help a lot :-)

This is an AMAZING announcement by eight former energy ministers with over a quarter century of experience.

It is a DAMNING indictment of the Kirchner dynasty - 'Watching and fiddling while Rome burns'.

Thank God the world does not have to rely on the Argentinians in the oil & gas exploration of the southern Island basins.

This article shows unambiguously that Argentina is using the Chavez strategy of nation-management.

    Sad.

Well that’s a lot of wind wouldn’t you say?
CFK should this not be KFC ?
but we must side with the guys who seem to know what they are doing.
But again it seems her personal agenda comes first, if only they stopped worrying over, and leave the Falklands alone in peace, then she could concentrate on getting her country back on its feet again, and of course great Britain among other would only be to willing to help after all, it will benefit both of us, but sadly I think her obsession with this anti British rubbish, and brain washing some of her people [mainly bloggers]
ouch,/ but perhaps in time she will fade with age , like her beauty,
and perhaps Argentina can get on in the real world and get her self respect back, ,but [and lightly] as soon as the argie bloggers start up, all our good will be ridiculed and insulted as idiots, ,,but we can but try.
    that’s my opinion anyway.
