    Brasil had many more than that - and regularly re-timed and re-located events to minimise the risk of a 'Lost Bullet'.

    There will be/is a great sigh of relief when the ''first family' leave the country in one-piece/peace.

    But others may well ask why is Obama travelling south America and not in Europe with other leaders. but leaving it up to mrs Clinton.

    This is kind of a try to repair the Bush incident some couple of years ago.
    I still remember that Bush's Security Gorillas made up an incident in the Moneda back then, when they disrespected the palace guard and security then.
