Disclaimer & comment rulesIf 20% of Chinese dairy companies were implicated in the 2008/9 Melamine-in-baby-milk scandal - leading to 3 death sentences of ringleaders, then there are another 30% that have different health-related production problems.

(i) The problems are readily rectified.
(ii) There is an absolute economic need for these factories to come back on line asap.
(ii) is true, but I'm not so sure about (i).
