They are willing to sellout their own nation for more business (money).

There's never been a direct US vs USSR/Russia combat, nor there will be a US vs China one. To demand that only South America be deprived of nuclear weapons is to demand that it be forever vulnerable to other countries' nuclear bargain. That this comes from a Britard only turns this apparently naive suggestion into a cynical one.
