    Mercopress seems to believe Brasil is, in some strange way, dependent on Argentina!
    What a strange way to present Argentina's precarious position - perhaps it's just a problem of the Leader/Headline Sub-Editor being away on holiday.

    Well, I'm sure most readers here understand and know that the Argentinian economy depends on Brazil (and the largest bond holder Venezuela)

    By “Brazil dependency” I think the writer means “dependency on Brazil”. And to be frank, I don't completely buy this thesis - that Argentina's economic health depends very much on Brazil. Though Brazil is an important market for ARG's car exports, BR has a trade surplus on ARG - that is, BR derives for benefit from this relationship than Argentina does.
